Job Qualification Requirements:

Supervises and coordinates the activities of warehouse workers in assembling of and storing of construction materials and equipment. Reviews work throughout the work process and at completion to ensure that it has been performed properly. Ensures construction materials and equipment are properly sorted, labeled, inventoried, properly stored. Maintains a safe working environment by monitoring safety procedures and equipment. Plans and prepares work schedules for the warehouse workers. Arranges for repairs of warehouse equipment or machinery. Performs duties as warehouse worker, as needed. Assesses training needs of staff and arranges for appropriate training. Evaluates the performance of warehouse workers and makes recommendations regarding personnel actions to management. Confers with managerial and technical personnel in order to resolve problems and to coordinate activities. Maintains records on operational data and personnel matters.
